Be a part of history, while showcasing your herd genetics AND welcoming the next generation to the industry. Thank you to our generous donors for ‘steering’ our youth to success!

Williams Receives Schultheis Citizenship Award
Congratulations to Alyssa Williams of Ritzville, WA on receiving the 2025 Judge John Schultheis Citizenship Award. Alyssa will be attending Texas Tech University this fall to study Animal Science.
In response to what citizenship and the award means to her, she shared the following:
"Ultimately, good citizenship is rooted in service. It’s the understanding that we all have a role to play in building strong, caring communities. For me, that means giving back to the ag community that built me. It’s about lifting others up and being a part of something greater than a single individual."

Today's Junior Show offers a free barbeque to exhibitors. But the first stock show dinners were a more formal affair held at the famous Davenport Hotel. After outgrowing the Davenport facility, the Spokane Chamber of Commerce auditorium and the Natatorium Amusement park, the barbeque moved to the show facility at the Spokane County Fairgrounds.
