It’s all about the kids.
From the inception of the Junior Livestock Show of Spokane, the event has always been about the kids – boys and girls who are interested in agriculture, showcasing their hard work, learning lessons, and striving to be the best version of themselves.
We take pride in the fact more than 100 4-H clubs and FFA chapters bring the “cream of the crop” to the Junior Show for what many call, the best week of the year.
Our show is only possible because of the generous donors, many volunteers, and community support we have been given throughout the years. Every person, every dollar is appreciated.
Climbing Numbers, Increased Participation
Throughout the generations, the Junior Livestock Show of Spokane has seen some highs and lows in number of entries, but they are currently GROWING annually! Check out our most recent breakdown by specie.
Our 2026 Entry Numbers
More than a livestock show!
Youth have the opportunity to take part in several other contests while spending time in Spokane each year at the Junior Livestock Show. We continue to see an increase in participation from youth around the Pacific Northwest, including a growing State FFA Livestock Judging Contest!
